The aim is a parenting plan you can both live with for the next ten years. Not winning. Not losing. A workable arrangement.

What clients say
★★★★★
“We were heading for court. The mediator was calm, patient, didn't take sides. We walked out with a parenting plan we could both live with — three years later we're still using it. Saved us a small fortune in lawyers and a lot of grief.”

“Two senior team members stopped speaking. We had a single-session mediation booked within a week, both walked out the same morning with a clear path back. Whole episode cost less than a single day of management time would have.”

“Partnership dispute that had cost us 18 months of legal fees and zero progress. Connect Mediation got us in the same room for a structured day, and we settled. The mediator handled the emotion as much as the contract — that's what made the difference.”

FAQ
Family Mediation — common questions
Do I need a Section 60I certificate?+
For most family law matters involving children, yes — you must attempt FDR before applying to the Family Court. We issue valid Section 60I certificates from accredited FDR practitioners.
Can children be involved?+
We offer child-inclusive mediation where age and circumstances allow. The child speaks privately with a child consultant before the session, and their voice is reflected in the parenting plan without putting them in the room with both parents.
What if there's been family violence?+
We screen at intake. Where there are safety concerns, we run shuttle mediation (parties in separate rooms) and may decline to mediate where safety can't be assured.
